Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings and Payments
A deposit payment is required when booking is made more that 30 days prior to the check-in date, otherwise full payment is required. The remaining balance payment has to be done up to 30 days prior to the check-in date, otherwise booking is cancelled.
Bookings are confirmed upon a successful payment up to 180 minutes after booking submission or it is considered abandoned and cancelled.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations required by the guest or automatic due to lack of successful payment:
– Cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded.
– Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will be partially refunded minus a cancellation fee of 30%.
– Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations required by the host due to unforeseen circumstances:
In the rare event that a cancellation is required by the hosts due to unforeseen circumstances, such as damages caused by previous guests, severe storms, or other situations beyond a guest’s control, we will communicate this immediately.
Depending on the specific situation and our ability to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, a refund or alternative accommodation may not be possible. We will assess each case individually and work with our guests to find the best possible solution within our capacity, always aiming to maintain fairness and customer satisfaction.
We deeply regret such instances and will make every effort to avoid cancellations from our end. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these exceptional situations.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Guests are required to fill in a guest identification form and identify themselves showing a photo ID at check-in. You need to let the property know what time you’ll be arriving in advance.
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed on the interior and exterior of the property premises.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed upon in the reservation.
Disregard the rules, may lead to booking cancellation with no refund along with guests and belongings removal from the property.
5. Damages
Any damages to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
6. Privacy and Security
We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure the security of their personal information.
7. Governing Law
These terms are in accordance with the laws of Portugal, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Madeira, Portugal courts.
By making a booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
